There are tiny flakes at the tips and edges of the other arms and minuscule contact marks throughout, but the wear to enamel is not too noticeable overall. The center medallion shows a modest amount of wear to the high points, but the details are still very well defined. Attractive even toning to silver on both sides. The screw post is full length, approx. 12 mm. Comes with a post-war screw plate which fits perfectly well.
