In very good condition. The spine shows moderate wear and beginning separations at the top and bottom, but about 70% of it is still intact and holding the halves together well. The wording on the cover, reading "Soviet Military Administration in Germany", is mostly intact. The ID photo is in excellent condition. All the printed and handwritten text, the seal and signature are bright and clear and perfectly legible.
