Brass, enamels. Measures 40.5 mm in height and 30.5 mm in width - larger than most other Narkomat and Ministry badges of the period; weighs 15.5 g without the screw plate. This badge also differs from the others in the series by featuring joined Stalin's and Lenin's portraits on the banner.
Excellent condition. The enamel is almost perfect and shows a beautiful luster; there are just a couple of tiny contact marks that are visible in our enlarged photos but nearly unnoticeable in real life. The raised details of the artwork are exceptionally crisp. Very attractive even to

The original copper screw post is of full length, over 11.5 mm, and includes an original mint-marked screw plate.
