Measures 7" x 9", under thick clear plastic, on a cardboard backing with cutout desktop stand and hanging loop. The portrait is a colorized b/w photo, and it looks to be done professionally, perhaps in a small workshop.
In excellent condition. The plastic shows a few minor scuffs and scratches, visible only when you tilt the photo to reflect a bright light. The cardboard backing is rigid and strong, the cutout desktop stand doesn't look to have seen much use, suggesting that the portrait used to be hung on a wall instead.
