In excellent condition. The enamel is extremely well preserved, having only microscopic traces of wear, and shows a beautiful luster. There are a couple of tiny dings to the edge of the center medallion, but the details of the bas-relief are perfect, and the gilt finish is very bright, nearly pristine. The old ribbon is nicely preserved.
