In good condition. The front cover is separated from the binding staples but is still holding in place nicely. The booklet is very well-read, and the covers show that in frayed edges, occasional corner bumps and rips, and slight soiling. One page shows a faint water stain at the bottom. A few lines in the text are underlined in pencil, once even in red pencil. Overall, the paper of the textblock is quite supple, the pages turn easily and feel quite safe to turn, not brittle.
