An extremely large and massive piece in gilded and silver-plated brass and high-quality "hot-baked" enamels. Measures 61.0 x 54.2 mm, weighs 45.7 g not including the screw plates. There is a stamped individual serial number 0435 to the reverse (from our admittedly limited experience with these badges, their serial numbers do not go over 3-digit range.)

The badge is in excellent condition. The enamel is very nicely preserved and shows attractive luster; there are just a few minuscule contact marks and flakes that are practically unnoticeable to the naked eye, but the enamel is free of chips, noticeable scratches or other significant wear. The gilt finish is extremely bright, practically pristine; the silver finish is perfect on both sides of the badge. The screw posts are of full length and include original screw plates maker-marked in Latin "Aurea Celje" (a badge manufacturer in Celje, Slovenia).

Please note, the penny in our photo is for size reference.
