Silver gilt, enamel; measures 30.1 mm in width; the flagpole is 26.2 mm tall; weighs 11.2 g. The reverse shows raised Moscow mint mark "MMD" with a "square" or flat-top "D", indicating that the badge could be issued to a member of one of the three convocations: 1970, 1974 or 1979. The serial number 291 stands for the electoral district of the member.
In very fine to excellent condition. There are a few tiny scratches that are barely noticeable without magnification, but the enamel still shows very attractive luster and is free of chips, flaking or other significant wear. Th
