There are just a few microscopic contact marks to Lenin's bas-relief, but they are completely unnoticeable to the naked eye. Details of the wreath are completely untouched. The stippling on the reverse is likewise nearly pristine.

The order comes with original suspension device, a two-layer model in steel with integral catch of the pin. The old, probably original ribbon is perfectly preserved and clean. The silver connecting link appears to be original; its ends are still joined with solder in seamless manner characteristic of the Soviet mint. This is a truly superb example which literally cannot be upgraded for one in better condition.
