In very good to excellent condition. The cover shows some mild scuffing, mostly storage wear, as well as a couple of small stains. The internal pages are in excellent condition, no damage or wear whatsoever. Two sheets (pp. 11-14 and 83-86) are slightly larger and stick out on the bottom by a fraction of a millimeter. As a result, the bottom edge of these pages is a little frayed.

All in all, this catalog is an excellent reference source on 168 of the best works by the Kasli Factory of Architectural and Artistic Casting as it is called nowadays. Kasli was, and remains, one of the finest manufacturers of cast decorative works in Russia and survived from Imperial times through the Soviet Era to today.
