In very good condition. The front sheet of the Plexiglas cover shows a crack at the bottom binding ring and small missing pieces at the top 2 rings. The internal pages are in excellent condition. All the photos are virtually pristine. Minor shelf wear shows on the flip side of some pages where the dye from the photo on the next page has bled a little onto the previous page.

An album like this is more of a historic and political artifact of the Khrushchev Thaw period than a reference book on LFZ porcelain. An unusual format, use of very uncommon materials, text in 4 languages, - all in evidence of the effort made at the time to attract Western tourists, raise the Iron Curtain a crack and show them the "human" side of the Evil Empire behind it.

Please note that the pen in our last photo is for size reference only.
