In brass with gilt, nickel plating, and "cold" enamels. Very massive riveted four-piece construction: the sword, scroll at the bottom and gold star are separate parts superimposed on the bronze shield. Measures 49.0 mm in height, 30.4 mm in width; weighs 22.5 g without the screw plate.
In outstanding, excellent condition. There is practically no wear visible to the naked eye, only a few tiny contact marks on the star. The enamel is pristine. The gold finish is nicely preserved and bright. The screw post is full length, nearly 8 mm, and includes original screw plate maker-

Security and Police officers, an equivalent of the Soviet badges "Honored MVD Employee" and "Honored State Security Employee". A very scarce
