In outstanding, excellent condition. The enamel is literally perfect, completely free of any wear that could be detected even under a 10x magnification. The letters and figures of the workers are essentially pristine, and have only a couple of microscopic contact marks completely invisible to the naked eye. There is a very attractive untouched dark patina to silver on both sides.

Comes on original two-layer suspension device in aluminum. The old, probably original ribbon is nicely preserved and sound. The connecting link appears to be original, and its ends are still joined with solder in a seamless manner characteristic of Soviet mint. Overall, a superb and pristine piece!
