Silver-plated brass, enamels. Measures 44.1 x 34.5 mm; weighs 15.7 g not including the screw plate. Features relief reverse with engraved serial number at 8 o'clock position. Very nice quality, typical of Soviet mint production. Large turquoise oval with detailed depiction of a camel, horse, goat, sheep and cow, red bottom plaque with "BHMAY" abbreviation in Cyrillic.
