Brass, enamels. Measures 36.8 mm x 31.8 mm, significantly larger than the later versions of the badge. Single-piece construction. This version of the badge does not have the silver plating found on the earlier variants. Engraved serial number to the reverse.
In excellent condition. There are a few tiny contact marks and scratches, primarily to the star and white scroll, most of them unnoticeable to the naked eye. The enamel is perfect otherwise showing beautiful luster and free of flaking or chips. The original gold plating is still present having some attractive toing on
