Silver gilt, enamels. Measures 29.5 mm in width; the flagpole is 23.9 mm tall; weighs 10.8 g.
The reverse shows a raised Moscow mint mark "MMD" with a "pointy" top of the "D", indicating that the badge could be issued to a member of either the 6th (1963) or 7th (1967) convocations of the Azerbaijani Supreme Soviet. These convocations had a total of 345 and 380 members, respectively. The engraved serial number 302 stands for the electoral district of the member.

In excellent condition. There are just a couple of minuscule contact marks to the enamel that are practically unnoticeable to the naked eye, no rubbing, flaking or other significant wear. The enamel fully exhibits its trademark beautiful luster. Attractive patina to silver, while the gilt finish is nicely preserved.
