Uniface, in red synthetic silk, size 10" by 15 ½" not including the cord and fringe. There is a cord to hang on the wall and a rod hidden in a sleeve on top to provide support for proper display. Shows the standard inscription "Team of Communist Labor" at the bottom and Lenin's quote "We shall come to victory of Communist Labor!" at the top; the uncommon feature of this pennant however is that the text is in Ukrainian rather than Russian language.
