Firefighting Equipment Exhibition in Leningrad, Participant's Badge, circa 1970s-80s.
Anodized aluminum, paint; 35.1 x 17.5 mm. Features a firefighter carrying a victim of fire to safety - at the time a very popular theme for many propaganda posters and badges. On the left side is a silhouette of the Leningrad's Admiralty building.
Raised logo of the Leningrad Mint to the reverse. Quality is excellent, at least for a light-weight badge of relatively late vintage. Excellent condition.
