In outstanding, excellent condition. The medallion is completely free of wear visible to the naked eye. The "gilt" mint luster is extremely bright and essentially pristine, completely free of blemishes or even the smallest oxidation spots. Comes on original aluminum suspension. The ribbon is perfectly preserved and clean, although it shows evidence of age and minimal wear. Overall, this is a superb example of the Capture of Budapest Medal - literally impossible to upgrade.
