The badge is in anodized aluminum, paint and lacquer; measures approx. 21 x 19 mm. Features Roman numeral "I" for completing the requirements of the first (lower) level of the program - i.e. that for children under 14 years of age. The reverse shows raised maker mark of the Moscow Experimental Advertisement Factory which produced many Soviet badges during the 1970s-80s period. In excellent condition.
