In silver-plated brass, 32.0 mm wide. Shows raised mint mark of the Moscow Mint on the reverse near the bottom. This mint mark is of the kind used only during the 90s, not in the following years.

In excellent condition. The medal is free of noticeable wear. Mild tarnish to silver finish adds character.
