Brass gilt, enamels; measures 46.2 mm in height (not including the jump ring), 46.2 mm in width. White Maltese cross with red and blue round center showing the legend and white Polish eagle without a crown.

Excellent condition. The white enamel shows minimal amount of rubbing, otherwise perfect and still retains very attractive luster. Includes original jump ring and well-preserved old ribbon.
