This is a late style document printed on heavy stock pink paper. Like the earlier versions, it shows b/w image of the badge on the inside. The second inside page shows ink stamp of the Main Directorate of Border Guard Troops, Committee of State Security of the USSR. Hand-signed by Deputy Chief of the Border Guard Troops of the USSR Lt. General Ivan Vertelko, who had this post from 1983-1990. In excellent condition.
