Medal for Victory over Japan, Variation 2, 1940s - early 50s.

In brass; 32.2 mm wide. In very fine to excellent condition. The medal shows practically no wear visible to the naked eye, only some microscopic contact marks that can be found under magnification and a single mild, barely perceptible edge bump at approx. 5 o'clock position (viewed from the obverse). The details of the Stalin's bas-relief and lettering are extremely well preserved and crisp.
