In brass and high quality "hot baked" enamels; the medallion measures 35.4 mm in height (incl. eyelet), 30.5 mm in width. The obverse features mythical horse Chollima (or Chkhollima). This version of the badge features counter-relief of the wreath on the reverse of the center medallion and raised inscription on the reverse of the suspension device.
