Hard cover wrapped in maroon leatherette. Measures approx. 80 mm x 110 mm when closed (3" x 4 3/8".) Shows that Plankin was to receive a monthly pension of 200 rubles for having served 30 years in accordance with a 1959 Supreme Soviet decree. The payments were to start on 25 January 1968. The first internal page is hand-signed by Plankin. The opposite page has stamp of the KGB Directorate of Kiev Region and is hands-signed by its chief Tikhonov and Director of its Finance Department (the latter signature is not clear enough to establish the identity of the signer.)

In excellent condition. The leatherette cover only minimal wear to the spine, otherwise perfect. The binding is tight. The internal pages are crisp and clean, with fully legible entries.
