She returned to active duty on 23 June 1941, on the day following the German invasion of the Soviet Union, and served as a surgical nurse in the Field Hospital #359 until February 1942. As evident from military commissariat stamps, even after being released from active duty she remained in the reserves until 1949 when she reached the age limit.

The ID is in excellent condition. A couple of blank internal pages came loose but all are present and show only normal age toning, no significant wear or soiling. The cover is likewise well preserved with minimal soiling, mostly on the back.
