This is a very high quality piece, and also one of the less common portrayals showing Lenin wearing his trademark visor cap (Lenin is more often shown wearing it in full standing statuettes but rarely busts).
The bust is in outstanding, excellent condition. There
are no chips, stains, or scuffs to the glaze. The lower
edge of the plinth has a couple of faint spots that are
probably manufacturing flaws and almost unnoticeable at
any rate.
