Shows portrait of Stalin making a speech at a Stakhanovite conference and his quote stating that Stakhanovite movement will erase the dichotomy between manual and creative work and inevitably lead to communism.

At the bottom is b/w reproduction of the painting by G. Bibikov "Greetings to the Winners" portraying shock worker coalminers greeted by jubilant crowds after setting a record. In good condition. There is moderate water damage mostly limited to t
