23rd Congress of Komsomol of Ukraine, Delegate's Badge, 1980s.

Brass, "cold" enamel; 22.7 x 31.2 mm. Riveted two-piece construction. Moscow Mint logo to the reverse. In excellent condition.

Interestingly, unlike most other delegate's badges for the CPSU, VLKSM and similar congresses, this one actually says "Delegate" so there is no mistake this was not any kind of souvenir or commemorative badge.
