Interestingly, overall grade has been changed to "good" from what appears to have been "satisfactory" - the alteration is validated by the note and signature of Capt. Minin, a deputy department commander.

In excellent condition. Both the cover and the interior are very clean and show only minimal wear. A highly uncommon document issued to a pilot who clearly started his combat career during WW2.
