Brass, enamel paint, 2-piece construction. Reverse shows a Hero Star award, a battleship, with writing "Supreme Commander of the Soviet Navy, 1939-1955" and motto "Example for the Descendants".

This is one of the Alternative medals - not recognized as official award by current Russian government. Excellent condition.
