The size is continental standard 6" x 4", postally unused, with a pre-printed postal stamp showing the Spasskaya Clock Tower of the Moscow Kremlin. Published by the Ministry of Communications of the USSR, circulation unknown. The artwork is an offset print of a painting by P. Vasilyev, depicting Lenin surrounded by Russian Imperial Army soldiers, most likely in the middle of some communist propaganda speech.
