Document for the Defense of Kiev Medal, #282325, issued on 19 August 1966 to Petr Chyornyi (Петр Иванович Черный).

Shows an ink stamp of the Leninskiy District Military Commissariat in the city of Kiev, Ukraine, and hand-signed by Col. Nekhasenko, Military Commissar of the district.

In outstanding, excellent condition. The document is very crisp and clean, showing practically no wear. There are only a few minor spots on the cover that are not detractive, no stains or significant soiling.
