DOSAAF Radio Operator Badge, 3rd class, circa 1960s.

Brass, enamels; 30.8 x 27.1 mm. Raised mint mark "MMD" (Moscow mint) on the reverse. Very nice early quality.

Outstanding, excellent condition. The enamel is perfect and has a magnificent luster. The gilt finish on the wings and wreath is pristine and exceptionally bright. The screw post is full length, over 8 mm, and includes an original screw plate with mint logo. A truly beautiful example!
