Badge of a Veteran of Labor of the VEF Consumer Electronics Factory in Riga, Latvian SSR, circa 1960s-70s.

Brass, "cold" enamels; 20.8 x 27.1 mm. Three-piece construction: the micrometer and the cogwheel with the factory logo are separate superimposed parts. An interesting and uncommon badge.

In very fine condition. There are some tiny flakes and scuffs to the enamel and a minor amount of tarnish to the cogwheel, none of it is very noticeable or detractive.
