Badge in Commemoration of the 40th Anniversary of VLKSM, 1958 issue.

Brass, enamels; 19.5 mm tall x 19.6 mm wide. Very nice quality. Raised mint mark "MMD" to the reverse. In excellent condition. The enamel and gilt finish are perfect.

This award was issued sparingly to the top Komsomol activists. Very scarce.
