Shows Cyrillic letters ГАИ ("GAI", abbreviation for the State Automobile Inspection) in the center and Soviet national emblem on top. The plaque with an individual identification number "MA7723" is a separate superimposed part. On the reverse near the top there is a raised Soviet-era trademark of the Poltava Dinamo Factory, Ukraine.

In excellent condition; probably an unissued example showing only a storage age. There is a singly tiny chip to the red paint
