The personal information pages are printed in Russian and Belorussian languages, however, both are filled in in Russian. The centerfold page reserved for "Special Notes" has an ink stamp authorizing Evgenia Shezhko to reside and travel within the limits of the village where she lived. In other words, she was prohibited from traveling anywhere. The "Residence Registration" section has a stamp in red ink confirming that she was authorized to live in the village of Melnik, her place of residence.

In very good to excellent condition. A faint water stain to the left side of the front cover does not reach inside. Wear to the cover is minimal. The ID photo lacks contrast but is in sharp focus and shows only mild wear. All the printed, stamped, and handwritten entries are crisp, clear, and perfectly legible. The binding staples are moderately rusted but are tight and strong.
