Unmailable without a cover; published by the PLAKAT ("Poster") Publishing House, Moscow, circulation 1,500,000. The obverse, measuring only 3 ¼" x 3 ½" features the image of the Order of October Revolution. The inside space is decorated with a pane showing the Kremlin towers under celebratory fireworks. The inscription appears to be between friends or relatives. The author sends her best wishes, and shares her joy of caring for her grandson and her newly acquired garden plot.

In excellent, outstanding condition. All sides are perfectly clean; the inscription written with a fountain pen is vibrantly black, crisp, and perfectly legible.
