Lenin's profile in the middle is rather incongruent, probably meant as a sort of center of political cohesion around which the young Baltic philatelists are supposed to focus their interest in philately.
In excellent condition. The top flap of the verso is partially glued closed, most likely due to exposure to moisture in storage, but that is not very significant and can be easily and quickly steamed open, if desired.
