The size is 6 ¼" x 4 ½", postally unused, published by the Ministry of Communications of the Lithuanian SSR, circulation unknown. The special edition commemorative postal stamp is canceled with the First Day cancel of the Vilnius Post Office with the dates of the games at the bottom, 3-12 July 1975. The left side of the obverse features the emblem of the bicycling competition which took place in Kaunas, the second largest Lithuanian city.
