Paper booklet measuring 3 ½" x 5", issued by the Veterans Committee of the 8thAir Army. The lettering in red on the cover reads "Certificate for Commemorative Badge Veteran of the 8th Air Army." The left page inside features the image of the badge. The hand signatures under the certificate do not match the names of the Chairman and Secretary of the Veterans' Council. As it often happened, it was signed by other persons fulfilling their responsibilities.
In excellent condition, showing minimal storage wear and small corner bumps.
