In good to very good condition. The cover shows moderate wear to the top layer of the paper, luckily not obscuring any of the text on the front cover. Inside, most of the pages share a stain which does not reach any text or signatures. The seal of the 98th Rifle Regiment is clear and legible. The binding staple is slightly rusted but tight and strong.
