Real Photo Postcard showing a Red Army officer wearing a commander's badge, 7 November 1921.
The size is standard 3 ½" x 5 ½", printed on glossy paper lined and entitled on the verso as a postcard. The inscription in lead pencil says that the officer is also wearing some GPU insignia but it is unclear whether it is true.
In very good condition. The obverse shows mild corner bumps, and a small rip bottom center - closed and looking more like a wrinkle. Tilting the photo to reflect a bright light reveals a few tiny stains and contact points but those are practically invisible at a normal viewing angle.
