In very good to excellent condition. The cover shows minimal wear to the oilcloth at the head and foot of the spine. The ID photo shows a few tiny scuffs, mostly along the edges and away from the officer's image. The seal is somewhat blurry; the printed and handwritten text is clear and legible. None o
