For some reason, Comrade Slizhevsky pinned, using a small nail, his disability certificate, issued in 1964 by the RSFSR Ministry of Social Welfare, certifying him as a disabled person, 2nd group of disability, incapable of gainful labor.

In excellent condition, showing minimal wear to the edges and a few wrinkles. The nail holding the disability certificate is somewhat rusty but only on the surface of the metal.
