In excellent condition. The gold paint of the lettering on the cover is somewhat worn off but still visible. The leather shows tiny scuffs at the corners. Tilting the document to reflect a bright light reveals a couple of small scuffs to the leather, but those are practically invisible when looking at it at a normal angle. Inside, the ID photo is in sharp focus, showing no wear unless you tilt it to reflect a light, revealing tiny hairlines and a scuff, invisible at a normal viewing angle.

Photo ID of a deputy of the Kiev City Council of Workers' Deputies, 1969. In booklet format measuring 3 ¼" x 2 ¼", with hard covers wrapped in genuine leather. The front cover features the State Emblem of Ukrainian SSR and the lettering underneath reading, in Ukrainian, "Kiev City Council of Workers' Deputies." The information inside identifies Georgiy Danin as a deputy of the Kiev Council, XIII convocation, from electoral district # 585.

In very good condition. Both the front and back covers have small dark ink stains. The leather shows minor wear at the corners. The gold of the State Emblem and lettering is 90% intact and retained most of its luster. Light wear inside is mostly contained to the edges. The ID photo is in sharp focus, showing no wear unless you tilt it to reflect a light, revealing tiny hairlines and scuffing, invisible at a normal viewing angle.

Then in the rank of Major General, Georgiy Danin served in the 8th Separate Air Defense Army.
