In very good to excellent condition. The cover shows minimal wear to the spine and corners, a raised crease at the spine, not too intrusive to the eye. The gold of the lettering on the cover has retained most of its original sheen. The ID page is partially separated but holding strong, and if desired, gluing it back will take but a minute. All the printed and handwritten text, seals and signatures are crisp, not faded and perfectly legible.
