In brass, "cold" enamels and lacquer, 50.2 x 29.8 mm. The reverse shows the maker mark of the Kiev Jewelry Factory.

In excellent condition. The obverse is literally pristine, free of any noticeable wear. There are a few minor dings to the reverse, not detractive.

As of 1984, the school was known as Advanced Training Classes for Command and Operational Staff of the KGB at the Council of Ministers of the USSR, and in 1986 was renamed Highest Classes of the KGB of the USSR.
